30-day refund window

You can request a refund within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.

Most items: no return needed

For orders under $40 we don't ask you to ship anything back. Tell us what went wrong and we'll refund you — keep the item. It's faster for you and simpler for us.

How to request a refund

Email xwagent13@gmail.com with your order number. If the item arrived damaged or wasn't as described, include a photo. We respond within 1 business day.

When you'll get your money

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to display it.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

A full refund or a replacement — your choice. Just send a photo; no return required.

Cancellations

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel before it ships. After that, use the refund process above.

Exceptions

We can't refund items damaged through misuse, or requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
