Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on every order. No minimum.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 3–8 business days after processing — roughly 4–10 business days from order to doorstep.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email us.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather and peak periods can extend delivery beyond these estimates. They are estimates, not guarantees.

Wrong or undeliverable addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a package once shipped. Orders returned to sender because of an incorrect address can be reshipped once they're back with us.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll make it right.
